Consultation fees paid for doctor visits, online consultations, or second opinions are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed.
If the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, rescheduling is allowed without additional charges.
Payments made for fertility treatments (e.g., IVF, IUI, ICSI, donor programs, and related procedures) are non-refundable once the treatment process has started.
If a patient cancels treatment before any medical procedure has been initiated, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative, diagnostic, and consultation charges.
If treatment is discontinued due to medical reasons (as determined by our doctors), the refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Payments for medical tests, scans, and diagnostic services are non-refundable once the test has been performed.
If the test is canceled before the sample is collected, a refund may be issued after deducting processing fees.
Medicines and injections purchased from our pharmacy are non-refundable and non-returnable due to safety regulations.
In case of an incorrect charge, refunds may be processed upon verification.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original mode of payment.
